Dinner

I came across this recipe on Pinterest and couldn't believe how yummy it looked.  I'm using it as a side instead of using it as the main meal.  I didn't use fresh tomatoes like it said, I used canned Italian tomatoes and it turned out really good! I will defiantly be making this again.

With a chance of rain, I decided to try using our cast iron pan to grill the chicken inside.  I used this site to help figure out how to cook it to perfection,  Perfect indoor grilled chicken.

Everything turned out PERFECT! I will be making this more often and maybe try out different types of pasta.
